This is a remote position. Overview We are seeking a Property Management Systems Integration Specialist to lead the technical integration and automation of Rent Manager software with other platforms. This role focuses on streamlining workflows, automating lease management and rent collection, integrating accounting and payment systems, and improving operational efficiency for a 194-unit community. The position offers project-based work transitioning into ongoing system maintenance. Job Highlights Hourly Rate: USD 9.47 Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours (project-based) Schedule: Flexible; project-based transitioning to ongoing system maintenance Work Arrangement: Work from Home Contract: Independent Contractor Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidate must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their benefits and taxes. The professional fees are at hourly rates and depend on performance in the application process. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain API integrations between Rent Manager software and other platforms. • Automate lease management, rent collection, and maintenance routing processes. • Integrate accounting systems, payment gateways, and other operational tools. • Connect the company website to Rent Manager to eliminate operational silos. • Optimize and maintain Rent Manager software configuration. • Implement automation for financial reporting and data flow. • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system reliability. • Support the transition from manual to automated workflows. • Create documentation for new automated processes. Requirements • Strong technical background in API integrations and systems automation. • Experience with property management software, particularly Rent Manager. • Knowledge of web development and website integration capabilities. • Understanding of payment gateway integrations and financial system connections. • Ability to work with accounting software integrations. • Problem-solving skills for technical troubleshooting. • Experience with workflow automation and process optimization. • Reliable internet connection and technical setup for remote work.
