Backend Engineer — Ultra-High-Performing Onchain Trading Systems

You’ll design and scale core trading systems in Rust, NestJS, and Go, architect event-driven backends with Kafka, and make sure our infra runs like clockwork 24/7. This is not a “maintain what’s there” job — it’s* build, optimize, and own everything that matters.* What You’ll Do • Design and scale ultra-low-latency backend systems in Rust, NestJS, and Go • Architect event-driven pipelines (Kafka or similar) that move data instantly and safely • Optimize onchain trading infrastructure — nodes, indexers, relayers, RPC tuning, MEV-aware execution • Own CI/CD, monitoring, and system reliability for mission-critical services • Experience in monitoring tools like Datadog, Grafana, ELK, New Relic, etc is plus • Ship constantly.
