Job Summary: We are seeking to hire several Answering Service Representatives that will be responsible for answering calls primarily from prospective customers , creating and/or verifying Lead record data in our CRM, and properly transferring calls to the appropriate team member or department. This is an entry level position that can lead to other opportunities within the company. Roles & Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from prospects and properly route these calls to the booking/admissions teams Answer inbound calls from students and properly route these calls to the academic affairs team Use Salesforce to create/verify Lead record data and document call transfer attempts Other related projects or tasks as assigned by management Administrative duties Desired Skills & Experience: 1+ years in a high volume inbound call center Proficient computer and email skills ENGLISH (Fluent Only) Must comprehend and communicate both written and verbally in English Experience with Salesforce is a plus Job Details Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Schedule: Flexible schedule with a 9am - 5pm EST workday, including Saturdays Remote: 100% Online NOTICE: It is essential to attempt the pre-screeners provided during the application process.
