Analyst – Performance & NAV Management

Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (CC&L) is seeking an Analyst – Performance & NAV Management to join their Investment Data & Analytics Team. The role involves producing performance reports, managing investment transitions, and ensuring accurate NAV data to support the investment management process. Responsibilities Produce Daily and Monthly performance reports across multiple affiliates and products Manage the transitions process related to investment performance, which includes onboarding and communication around new products/clients, restructures and closing portfolios Synchronize pooled fund NAVs, which involves analyzing transactions and security pricing, connecting with external custodians and internal teams across all CC&L affiliates Produce timely and accurate investment data for key stakeholders and consultant database vendors Support ad-hoc data, reporting, RFP, DDQs and sales and marketing requests Develop and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Proactively seek out and implement innovative process/workflow improvements to increase efficiency, mitigate risk, and increase the level of service Write and update procedure documentation as required Support the manager in a variety of ad-hoc tasks and projects Skills You have a degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field You possess an analytical mindset and able to break down complex processes into components in order to logically deduce the root cause of issues You have a collaborative spirit that helps you to work well with others and communicate effectively You have a passion for advancing the quality, scale, and efficiency of data processes and taking ownership of multiple processes with keen attention to detail You constantly take a critical eye to processes with the goal of finding improvement opportunities while managing multiple responsibilities Enrollment in the CFA or CIPM program is an asset A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the investment management industry with exposure to investment analytics or investment performance measurement is an asset Benefits Annual performance bonus Company Overview At Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, we understand the value of opportunity for both our clients and our team.
