About the Role We are looking for an experienced AEM Software Architect to lead the design and development of Adobe Experience Manager solutions. The role involves defining technical architecture, improving platform performance, and ensuring high-quality implementation across multiple projects. This is a fully remote role that requires strong expertise in AEM, Java-based technologies, and enterprise integrations. Responsibilities • Design and oversee the architecture of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. • Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations. • Ensure the technical quality and performance of AEM implementations. • Collaborate with development teams to guide technical direction and ensure best practices. • Integrate AEM with external systems, APIs, and enterprise applications. • Troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews, and maintain technical documentation. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements. Qualifications • Professional experience as an AEM Architect or Senior AEM Developer. • Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets). • Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and HTL. • Experience with APIs, REST, CI/CD tools, and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins). • Understanding of cloud platforms, DevOps environments, and containerization tools. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience. Preferred Skills (Not Required) • Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service. • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, and React. • Background in enterprise-level digital platform projects.
