Conduct thorough analysis of data related to AIG's Professional Lines business to support reserving processes. Utilize advanced mathematical and statistical techniques to evaluate risk and predict future outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources. Identify trends and patterns in data to inform decision-making and improve reserving processes. Develop and maintain actuarial models and tools for reserving purposes. Communicate complex actuarial concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders. Monitor and assess the adequacy of reserves for Professional Lines business, making recommendations for adjustments as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations related to reserving and actuarial practices. Participate in project teams and contribute to the development of new products and services. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as actuarial standards of practice.
