Account Coordinator

Ibotta is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This role involves supporting Account Managers, coordinating content creation, and interfacing with clients to promote leading CPG brands in-app. Responsibilities Support Account Managers in onboarding new clients and maintaining existing accounts. Work directly with clients to collect assets, confirm timelines, receive launch approval, and answer ad hoc questions Internal coordination with our internal CampaignOps, Marketing, and Creative teams to build all in-app content and Advertising Products Support sales and account management activities including but not limited to working directly with brand partners, creating client facing materials (collateral), conducting performance analyses (recap shell), and helping drive incremental revenue Provide support in new hire training, process improvements, app testing and other projects on an as-needed basis Participate in an on-call rotation and provide coverage after hours as needed to support business-critical operations Embrace and Uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, & A good idea can come from anywhere Skills Technical Skills: G Suite Basic to Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint High attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated and proactive Understand how to prioritize, reprioritize and manage tight deadlines Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis 1-2 years working in a fast paced environment preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred Salesforce experience a plus Benefits Flexible time off Benefits package (including medical, dental, vision) Employee Stock Purchase Program 401k match Paid parking Bagel Thursdays Snacks and occasional meals Company Overview Ibotta is a web and mobile application.
